A - CONNECTING TO LOW TONES (Do1, Do2..)

Stand up   with your feet together and your eyes closed. You will begin to feel A ROCKING SENSATION, that is your aura's rhythm; your energy field swinging you in its low frequencies. When you are well connected to this rhythm, stop,  and you will note that the aura's pace is transmuted toward 1) to the thoracic SPIRAL, inflating and deflating it, or 2) this rhythm will pass from the anus to the crown and from the crown to the anus (see SPIRAL at right). If it does not happen in this way, it is because  3) that balancing has been transmuted to your eyes, causing that the curtain behind your eyes comes and goes as the initial rocking sensation. Your visual curtain  SOMETIMES COMES TO YOU, first by SQUEEZING YOUR TEMPLES  and later goes far away allowing you to observe an immense space in the middle of your eyes, and then later the pulsation cycle is repeated. If you are a woman, you will note that your vaginal SPIRAL is contracted and is expanded in this rhythmic dance. THE SPIRAL of the ANUS IS ALSO CONTRACTED IN TUNE WITH THE RINGS OF THE THIRD EYE or when the superior SPIRAL is in contraction, the inferior SPIRAL is relaxed and converse but there will always be a feedback between them, inducing a growing pleasure (see the animated SPIRAL  at right). While the broad part of the SPIRAL of the third eye makes resonance with THE LOW FREQUENCIES of your energy, the vertex of that vortex is sung alternatively by the different ACUTE TONES of the internal road of music and light.

By the law of opposites, in response to the above low frequencies, the highest frequencies of  our energetic SPIRAL will be activated, being  expressed as MINUSCULE POINTS IN THE VISUAL CURTAIN in front of your eyes. Those points, upon vibrating, produce a SUBTLE BUZZ audible IN OUR EARS and they are spread over the skin like an itching, and a cold sensation of numbness is produced IN THE TIPS OF THE BODY (feet, hands, penis, clitoris, crown). Thus the cones' cone that is our body has been synchronized in acute and low tones with the energetic SPIRAL fractal of the frown (see figure at the right).
